Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex electronic products from concept through to production. Using structured methodologies and a proven stage-gate process, you will oversee multiple projects, managing schedules, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and compliant product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams

• Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and budget control

• Drive compliance with the company’s project gate review framework

• Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders

• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes

• Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards

• Contribute to process improvements in project delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years’ project management experience, ideally in electronic product development

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology

• Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered)

• Experience delivering cross-functional projects using structured methodologies

• Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in regulated industries (life safety, medical, industrial controls)

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
